The BCRT
The Berlin Centre for Travel & Tropical Medicine, also known as the BCRT, is a privately run tropical institute which offers medical advice before and after travel.

At the Berlin centre, we offer specialised infectious disease consultations, which are visited by patients from all over Europe. We also conduct numerous clinical studies here. On the subject of vaccine studies, the BCRT is one of the largest clinical trial centres in Germany.
The BCRT has developed a worldwide unique concept of travel medicine advice centres. With the aim of bringing travel medicine advice as close as possible to the customer, we have opened travel clinics in Globetrotter Ausrüstung outfitter shops. Experienced doctors advise and vaccinate on site, appointments are not necessary. With all branches of the BCRT, we operate by far the largest vaccination clinic in Europe. The experience gained here directly benefits travellers when giving advice; we are also able to carry out vaccinations as cost-effectively as possible.
Our institute is by far the largest travel medicine facility in Europe in terms of the number of people counselled and vaccinated annually.
