We have centred our telephone hotline at our institute in Berlin. We are available for you Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Here we can answer all questions relating to travel medicine and our institute with its travel clinics. You can also arrange appointments here for our outpatient clinic in Berlin.

However, a comprehensive, individual travel medicine consultation is only possible in a personal meeting, since this is required clarify medical issues.

You will understand that we also cannot make any medical diagnoses over the phone.
